“Promet Steel” JSC recognizes its public and social role and responsibility before business partners and shareholders as well as its own employees. The company has clear principles, moral values and targets, ethic and law observing management, which forms the grounds for all the trade and corporate activities.

Foundations of organizational culture, which is based on trust, mutual respect, refers to individual dignity and knowledge exchange, were laid in the approved by the Works’ Management „Corporate Code”.

Each year the Management of “Promet Steel” JSC signs a Collective Agreement with the representatives of Trade Union Organizations, which conditions are in accordance, and in some instances are even better, than those, stipulated by the Branch labor agreement.
